Information you provide

If you submit the project enquiry form or email Duskline directly, I receive the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, business, website, budget range and information about your project.

How that information is used

I use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare a quote and keep a record of relevant business correspondence. I do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, which receives the submitted form data so it can be delivered to Duskline. This website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when those files are loaded. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

Duskline does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If this changes, this notice and any consent controls will be reviewed before non-essential tracking is enabled.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting business relationship, record-keeping or legal obligations. You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable.
